The Site www.erasmusmexico.com constitutes intellectual property rights for the same erasmusmexico.com. The use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions down below, so if the user does not agree on terms must refrain from using the Site, otherwise use it, should be understood as consent contractually required to interact with erasmusmexico.com holding on to the following stipulations:

I. - USER PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION .-
a) General information and personnel provided by Members .- Any general and personal information provided by Users in connection with use of the Site shall be construed as a voluntary act unilaterally by User and such information may be used by the owner of Site, especially when derived from information contained herein registration forms. The site's content is the exclusive property of its owner and is protected by the Federal Law on Copyright and other applicable provisions of the Mexican Republic. Mexico and the Erasmus name and logo and other names and designs are trademarks and property of the owner commercials Site, other names, names, messages and logos within the Site are also trademarks, commercials and industrial property protected in general for holders.
 The site owner assumes no liability for the use of information to carry out the user, not by the quality of services provided through the Site.

III .- .- ADVERTISING MATERIAL
"User" acknowledges and accepts that erasmusmexico.com holder is an individual with business activities, separate and distinct from the others sponsors and advertisers, as information, pictures, advertisements and other publicity material, advertising or promotional ( "The Advertising Material ") are published on the Site. You likewise acknowledge and agree that" advertising material "in terms of content, scope and effects are the sole responsibility of the sponsors and advertisers that broadcast on the Site.
The User also acknowledges and agrees that the advertising material is protected, in favor of their respective owners or by the applicable laws on Copyright and Industrial Property and general provisions governing the protection and use of property intellectual. "

IV .- USER OBLIGATIONS .-
The User assumes full responsibility for the information of the nature that is, to provide the Site and is therefore obliged to make harmless the owner of the site of any claim by the kind which might give a third party against Site owner, regardless question of third party holders of the text, software, or any other material that is transmitted by the User.
User acknowledges that he was banned and is obligated to refrain from:
1. Send information that exceeds the limits set forth in Article 7 of the Constitution of the United Mexican States.
2. Post or transmit information that implies the violation of individual guarantees recognized by the Constitution of the Republic of Mexico or promote or glamorize sex discrimination, race, religion or economic and social status.
3. Send information promoting illegal practices, criminal or contrary to morals and good customs or prejudicial to the health or promotes violence, pornographic or degrading to human beings.
4. Post or transmit private information or restricted or that the user is not owner or belonging to third parties that has been retained by the copyright or not the user was authorized to disclose such information.
5. Post or transmit information or promotional commercial for the User or any third party.
The site owner reserves the right to refuse, delete, remove or otherwise prevent the disclosure of the information you provide or transmit the User.

V. - RESERVES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY OF HOLDERS OF THE SITE.
1. The site owner reserves the right at any time, to modify, extend or limit the content of the Site adjusting its sole discretion, also the owner of the site reserves the right to modify, add, discontinue or terminate any service or tool, at any time and without notice that it contains or is part of Site.
2. The site owner does not warrant that the Site or any part thereof contained or tools, is free from errors or that it has no viruses or any other mechanism that could damage or alter the operation of user equipment, so that the holder Site shall not be liable to any User for any damages, so the user assumes all responsibility for the use of the Site and its contents.

VI .- .- INTERPRETATION AND DISPUTES
For the interpretation, compliance and where necessary to settle disputes, the User and Site owner expressly agree to be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico, Federal District, waiving any other jurisdiction which by its current or future residence or because the place of performance of their duties may be applicable.

Términos y Condiciones de Uso del Sitio

El Sitio www.erasmusmexico.com constituye derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre el mismo a favor de erasmusmexico.com. El uso del Sitio implica la aceptación de los términos y condiciones que a continuación se determinan, por lo que si el Usuario no está de acuerdo en dichos términos deberá abstenerse de usar el Sitio; de lo contrario el uso del mismo quedará entendido como el consentimiento necesario para relacionarse contractualmente con erasmusmexico.com sujetándose a las estipulaciones siguientes:

I.- PRIVACIDAD DE LOS USUARIOS Y CONFIDENCIALIDAD DE LA INFORMACION.-
a) Información general y personal proporcionada por los Usuarios.- Toda información tanto general como personal que proporcionen los Usuarios con motivo del uso del Sitio se entenderá como un acto voluntario y unilateral de parte del Usuario y tal información podrá ser utilizada por el titular del Sitio, en especial cuando derive de información vertida en formularios de inscripción. El uso  que el titular del Sitio puede hacer de la información proporcionada por el Usuario tendrá por objeto el incluirla en datos demográficos, información estadística, de mercado y los que considere convenientes.  Permitirá al titular del Sitio enviar información al Usuario que relacionada con los servicios y productos que se ofrezcan en el Sitio.

b) Confidencialidad de la Información.- El titular del Sitio asume con los Usuarios que la información que éstos proporcionen podrá ser revelada, compartida, rentada o vendida a terceros excepto en el caso de que el Usuario exprese por escrito lo contrario.
El titular del Sitio se reserva el derecho de revelar información general o personal que hubiere proporcionado el Usuario cuando el titular del Sitio requiera de dicha información para el ejercicio de acciones judiciales o extrajudiciales a fin de hacer valer cualquier derecho que competa al titular del Sitio en contra del Usuario de que se trate.

Los presentes términos y condiciones, incluyendo las estipulaciones precedentes y subsiguientes, constituyen el acuerdo de voluntades entre las partes, las que se identifican, como Usuario, a toda persona que decida accesar y utilice el Sitio y como titular del Sitio a erasmusmexico.com.

II.- CONTENIDO DEL SITIO.-
El contenido del Sitio incluye todos y cada uno de los textos, diseños, elementos gráficos, herramientas, fotografías, audio y demás elementos que se contengan en el mismo. El Usuario reconoce que una parte del contenido, por no ser de la propiedad exclusiva ni de la autoría del titular del Sitio, es responsabilidad de quienes lo producen y divulgan a través del Sitio, por lo que el titular del Sitio no asume ninguna responsabilidad por daños que el uso del contenido del Sitio pudiera ocasionar al Usuario, y por tanto el Usuario renuncia expresamente al ejercicio de cualquier acción en contra del titular del Sitio por cualquier daño o perjuicio que pueda sufrir el Usuario con motivo de la utilización del contenido comprendido en el Sitio. El Usuario, asimismo, reconoce que la información que se contiene en el Sitio es para su conocimiento y uso personal y conviene expresamente en que tal información no podrá reproducirse, transferirse, rentarse, venderse o en cualquier forma comercializarse por el Usuario.

El contenido del Sitio es de la exclusiva propiedad de su titular, y está protegido por la Ley Federal del Derecho de Autor y demás disposiciones aplicables de la República Mexicana. La denominación Erasmus México así como el logotipo y otros nombres y diseños son marcas y avisos comerciales propiedad del titular del Sitio, otros nombres, denominaciones, mensajes y logotipos dentro del Sitio constituyen asimismo marcas, avisos comerciales y en general propiedad industrial protegida a favor de sus titulares.
 El titular del Sitio no asume ninguna responsabilidad por el uso de información que lleve a cabo el Usuario, tampoco por la calidad de los servicios prestados a través del Sitio.

III.- MATERIAL PUBLICITARIO.-
"El Usuario” reconoce y acepta que el titular de erasmusmexico.com es una persona física con actividades empresariales, independiente y distinta de los terceros patrocinadores y anunciantes, cuya información, imágenes, anuncios y demás material de difusión, publicitario o promocional ("El Material Publicitario") se publican en el Sitio. El usuario así mismo reconoce y acepta que "El Material Publicitario", en cuanto a su contenido, alcance y efectos, es responsabilidad exclusiva de los patrocinadores y anunciantes que lo difunden en el Sitio.
El Usuario igualmente reconoce y acepta que El Material Publicitario se encuentra protegido, en favor de sus respectivo propietario o titulares, por las leyes aplicables en materia de Derechos de Autor y Propiedad Industrial y en general por las disposiciones que regulan la protección y uso de propiedad intelectual."

IV.- OBLIGACIONES DEL USUARIO.-
El Usuario asume toda responsabilidad, respecto de la información de la naturaleza que sea, que proporcione al Sitio y por tanto queda obligado a sacar en paz y a salvo al titular del Sitio de cualquier reclamación de la índole que sea que pudiera formular un tercero en contra del titular del Sitio, sin importar que se trate de terceros que sean titulares de los textos, software, o cualquier otro material que se transmita por el Usuario.
El Usuario reconoce que tiene prohibido y se obliga a abstenerse de:
1. Enviar información que exceda de los límites que se determinan en el artículo 7º de la Constitución Política de Los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.
2. Enviar o transmitir información que implique la violación de garantías individuales reconocidas por la Constitución de la República Mexicana o que promuevan o exalten discriminación por motivos de sexo, raza, religión o condición económica y social.
3. Enviar información que promueva practicas ilegales, delictivas o contrarias a la moral y las buenas costumbres o bien que atente contra la salud o promueva actos violentos, pornográficos o degradantes para el ser humano.
4. Enviar o transmitir información de carácter privado o reservado o del que el Usuario no resulte titular o que pertenezca a terceros que se hubieren reservado los derechos autorales o no hubieren autorizado al Usuario para divulgar tal información.
5. Enviar o transmitir información de carácter comercial o promocional a favor del Usuario o de cualquier tercero.
El titular del Sitio se reserva el derecho de rechazar, suprimir, retirar o de cualquier manera impedir la divulgación de la información que proporcione o transmita el Usuario.

V.- RESERVAS Y LIMITACIONES DE RESPONSABILIDAD DEL TITULAR DEL SITIO.
1. El titular del Sitio se reserva el derecho, en todo momento, de modificar, ampliar o limitar el contenido del Sitio ajustándolo bajo su exclusivo criterio, igualmente el titular del Sitio se reserva el derecho de modificar, ampliar, interrumpir o dar por terminado todo servicio o herramienta, en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso que se contenga o forme parte del Sitio.
2. El titular del Sitio no garantiza que el Sitio o cualquiera de sus partes contenidos o herramientas, se encuentre libre de errores o que el mismo carezca de virus o cualquier otro mecanismo que dañe o altere el funcionamiento de equipos del Usuario, por lo que el titular del Sitio no será responsable frente a ningún Usuario de cualquier daño, por lo que el Usuario asume toda responsabilidad en la utilización del Sitio y de su contenido.

VI.- INTERPRETACION Y CONTROVERSIAS.-
Para la interpretación, cumplimiento y en su caso para dirimir controversias, el Usuario y el titular del Sitio convienen expresamente que se someten a las leyes y jurisdicción de los tribunales competentes de México, Distrito Federal, renunciando a cualquier otro fuero que en virtud de su domicilio actual o futuro o en razón del lugar de cumplimiento de sus respectivas obligaciones pudiera corresponderles.
